Delivering the Adult Social Care Outcome Framework

This one day conference is an important update on delivering the adult social care outcomes framework, released by the Department of Health on 31 March 2011.

Jeff Jerome National Director of Social Care Transformation will discuss the new framework including supporting councils in using outcome measures and looking forward to the White Paper on Social Care Reform. Delegates will have the opportunity to hear from a series of social care professionals and experienced policy leads on the four key domains of the social care outcomes framework.
